Class Fee Manager ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information and data.

1. Information Collection and Storage
Class Fee Manager is designed as an offline-first productivity tool. All data entered into the application—including student names, grade details, subject information, fee payment amounts, and uploaded bank receipts or payment slips—is stored locally on your device using an embedded SQLite database. 

We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal or financial data on external cloud servers owned by us.

2. Device Permissions and Usage
To provide its functionality, Class Fee Manager requests the following permissions:
• Storage / Media Access: Used strictly to allow you to upload images of bank slips or student avatars directly from your gallery to internal storage.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used strictly on Android 13+ devices to deliver local automated reminders regarding upcoming fee due dates. Notifications are generated locally by your device and are not sent via remote notification servers.

3. Third-Party Services & In-App Purchases
The application integrates with Google Play Billing Services to facilitate the purchase of the "Pro Version" upgrade. When you make an in-app purchase, payment transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers or financial credentials. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how Google handles payment transactions.

4. Data Security
Because all database records remain on your local physical device, the security of your data relies on your device's security settings. We recommend using device passcodes, PINs, or biometric security to protect your mobile device.

5. Children's Privacy
Class Fee Manager is designed for parents, tutors, and teachers to track class fee payments. While the app allows users to input student names for organizational purposes, the app does not collect personal information from children or market to children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
